Due to operational reasons, our phone lines are now outbound only. The Photographic Exhibition remains open to visitors with upcoming bookings. Our Visitor Services Team are responding to emails, please note that we are currently experiencing high demand which may result in a longer response time.
If you have a Photographic Exhibition booking that you are not able to attend due to having to self-isolate or travel restrictions, please contact us prior to your timeslot via our contact form. Please include as much detail as possible including your contact details, booking reference number and preferred date and time of visit if rescheduling your visit.
Once submitted you will receive an automated response with a case number. Our team will get back to you, we kindly ask you to refrain from sending a follow up email as we work on the cases in chronological order. Please be assured we are being as flexible as possible and will work with you to refund or reschedule your visit subject to ticket availability. Thank you for your patience.
