Safety Measures

Things to know before you arrive

All visitors are encouraged to register their details when visiting the Photographic Exhibition using the NHS Covid-19 App.

All visitors, aged 11 and up, are required to wear a face covering during their visit, unless exempt.

Face coverings can be removed when seated in the bottled Butterbeer bar or while taking part in our green screen photo experiences.

If you or any member of your party feel unwell, please do not visit. We can rebook your tickets for another day, subject to availability.

The safety measures we have introduced are intended to be in line with Government guidance and with the intention to minimise the risk of contracting the COVID-19 virus. Please note that this risk cannot be completely removed and so anyone visiting does so at their own risk.

Face Coverings

  • All visitors aged 11 and up are required to wear a face covering during their visit, unless exempt. This is a condition of entry for the benefit of staff and visitors who may not yet have had the opportunity to receive a Covid-19 vaccination. Face coverings can be removed when seated in the bottled Butterbeer bar or while taking part in our green screen photo experiences.
  • Visitors aged eight and up are encouraged to wear a face covering.
  • All face coverings must cover the nose and mouth and fit securely around the side of the face. A face visor or shield is not a suitable face covering to gain entry to the Photographic Exhibition.
  • If you are exempt from wearing a mask, for the benefit of our staff and other visitors, we ask that you wear a visible exemption badge or an alternative such as a sunflower or exemption lanyard at all times. Exemption badges are available for free on arrival to our Entrance Lobby. This will help our team to recognise those with an exemption, so you’re not interrupted during your visit.
