Do you have accessible toilet facilities?
Yes, we have accessible toilet facilities at the Photographic Exhibition.
Can I bring an assistance dog?
Yes, trained assistance dogs are welcome at the Photographic Exhibition.
Is there a café?
The bottled Butterbeer Bar inside the Harry Potter Photographic Exhibition will offer a wide range of delicious food as well as the famous wizarding drink!
Can I bring my own food?
Only food purchased at the Harry Potter Photographic Exhibition can be consumed within the bottled Butterbeer Bar. Food may not be consumed in other areas of the Photographic Exhibition.
Is there WiFi available?
Complimentary WiFi will be available during your visit, remember to share your photos with us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Is there a cloakroom facility to leave my bag/luggage during the Photographic Exhibition?
Unfortunately, there is no cloakroom facility available at the Photographic Exhibition, please only bring what you can carry with you.
Is there a facility for phone charging?
No, we don’t currently have phone charging facilities available.
Are there parent and baby facilities?
Baby change facilities are available on site.

How do you get to the Photographic Exhibition by car?
To arrive at the Harry Potter Photographic Exhibition by car, please use sat nav postcode WC2E 7BN.
How do you get to the Photographic Exhibition by underground?
The nearest underground station is Covent Garden which is on the Piccadilly line, this is a two-minute walk away. Leicester Square underground station (Northern and Piccadilly lines) and Charing Cross underground station (Bakerloo and Northern lines) are also close by.
What credit and debit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and American Express.
Do you accept foreign currency?
No, we only accept pound sterling.
Is there an ATM at the Photographic Exhibition?
No, however ATMs are located in Covent Garden.
Do I have to pre-book, or can I purchase a ticket on the day?
Tickets must be booked online in advance of your Photographic Exhibition entry time but can be booked on the day of your visit subject to availability.

There is no availability on the day I want to visit, do you hold back tickets?
Tickets can be booked in advance of your chosen date and time, but can be booked on the same day subject to availability. We do not hold back additional tickets for on the day sales.
Can I add more tickets to my booking?
Yes, subject to availability additional tickets can be purchased here. If your chosen timeslot is sold out we are unable to add tickets to your booking, we do not hold tickets back.
Can I purchase a gift ticket?
Gift tickets are not currently available.
Do you offer discounts for group bookings?
We do not currently offer a discount for group bookings.
Do you offer discounted rates for schools?
We do not currently offer a discount for school groups.
Are carer tickets available?
One free carer ticket can be provided for each paying disabled visitor and these are booked through our Visitor Services team. Carers must provide assistance to the visitor and proof of entitlement will be required. We currently accept the following:

How long will a visit last?
We recommend allowing one hour for your visit to the Harry Potter Photographic Exhibition.

Inside the Harry Potter Photographic Exhibition, you’ll find London’s only bottled Butterbeer bar! Take a seat and enjoy a refreshing bottled Butterbeer or take a bottle away for a spellbinding experience at home.
Is there a shop at the Photographic Exhibition?
Yes, the shop at the Harry Potter Photographic Exhibition stocks a fantastic range of souvenirs.
Are there any photo opportunities? Can I bring a camera or video camera with me?
There are many fantastic photo opportunities at the Harry Potter Photographic Exhibition including the opportunity to experience green screen technology flying a broomstick over London or entering the Ministry of Magic. Use of handheld cameras and mobile devices is welcome, apart from within the green-screen photo capture area.
Please note, filming with the use of tripods and other specialist photographic equipment (such as drones) is not permitted. If you are a member of the press, a camera crew or commercial photographer, please contact us for more information.
Can I bring my pet with me?
We’re sorry but you’ll have to leave your pets at home as we only allow assistance dogs inside the Photographic Exhibition.
Can I bring a pushchair or buggy?
Yes, pushchairs and buggies are allowed into the Photographic Exhibition.
Is there a smoking area?
The Harry Potter Photographic Exhibition is indoors and there are no smoking areas available.
