How to Purchase Tickets

Tickets can be purchased via our website www.harrypotteronlocation.co.uk or by telephone (0800 640 4450).

All persons wishing to visit the Exhibition must purchase Tickets in advance and pre-book the time and date of their entrance. All telephone calls made to 0800 640 4450 from a BT landline will be charged at local rates. Calls from mobile operators and other networks may vary.

Payment must be made in full at the time of buying a Ticket either by credit card or debit card. We do not accept cheques or cash.

Upon purchase of a Ticket, you will receive a confirmation email with a Ticket reference number. This email constitutes your proof of purchase and will be checked to allow you to enter the Exhibition. Digital or hard copy is acceptable.

Please check that you have received this email following purchase. We take no responsibility should you not receive this email due to reasons outside of our control e.g. junk or spam filtering.

If you purchase a Ticket to the Exhibition you will also be issued with a PDF attachment containing the barcode necessary for your entrance to the Exhibition.

It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of the details on your email confirmation or Ticket (as appropriate) as mistakes cannot always be rectified. When you receive your email confirmation, please keep this in a safe place as we cannot be held responsible for any that are lost or stolen.

Only Tickets purchased directly from us or one of our authorised distributors are valid for admission. Tickets purchased from unauthorised third parties, including online auction sites, are not valid for entry.

Ticket Delivery

Tickets are sent by email to the email address provided to us during the booking procedure.

Email confirmation will be sent to you shortly after conclusion of the order process.
PDF attachments should include the same Ticket reference number included in your Ticket confirmation email.

Entering the Exhibition

You will need to scan the barcode of your PDF attachment at the entrance of the Exhibition.

We may also request sight of the credit card used to pay for the Tickets (or, if the card holder is not attending, a signed letter of authorisation from the card holder) at the Exhibition entrance for purchase verification purposes.

Allocated Entry Time

You will be given the opportunity to select a date and time for arrival at the Exhibition (an “Allocated Time”) (subject to availability) during the online or telephone booking procedure and this will be shown on your confirmation email or Ticket (as appropriate). It is your responsibility to arrive in time for your Allocated Time.

You are asked to arrive at the Exhibition no later than 10 minutes before your Allocated Time although you will not be allowed access into the Exhibition before your Allocated Time.

Visitors who miss their Allocated Time are not guaranteed entry to the Exhibition. Staff will advise visitors who have missed their Allocated Time of the next available time slot but at busy times it may not be possible to find a time on the same day in which case it will be necessary to re-book an Allocated Time.

Once an Allocated Time has been issued, it will be necessary to call 0800 640 4450 for you to change the day and/or time of entry into the Exhibition. A charge of £10.00 will be applied every time a booking is changed.

We reserve the right to amend an Allocated Time once it has been issued to you but we will endeavour to notify you as soon as we become aware that this is necessary. Should we have to significantly amend your Allocated Time (i.e. by four (4) hours or more), you may choose to accept the new Allocated Time, arrange another mutually agreeable Allocated Time with us via our telephone booking line or cancel the Ticket. If you choose to cancel in these circumstances, we will refund you all the monies you have paid to us for the Ticket(s) but no further compensation will be paid.

All persons entering the Exhibition must hold a valid Ticket that must be retained at all times and must be available for inspection if required by any member of staff. Failure to produce a valid Ticket on request may result in your removal from the Exhibition.

Tickets remain our property at all times. We reserve the right to require the immediate return of the Tickets at any time and to refuse entry to, or eject from the Exhibition, any person who fails to comply with these Terms.

Once acquired, Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and void if altered. Tickets that we reasonably suspect have been transferred or altered will not be honoured. Tickets are not for resale. Any such resale shall have the effect of rendering that Ticket void.
